Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest den gesamten Beschaffungsprozess für IT-Hardware, Software und Lizenzen – von der Einholung und Bewertung von Angeboten bis hin zu Preisverhandlungen mit Herstellern und Distributoren.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Kund:innen erstellst und verfolgst du individuelle Angebote und übernimmst die aktive Betreuung im gesamten Vertriebszyklus.
- Du wickelst Aufträge von der Erfassung bis zur Auslieferung ab, überwachst Liefertermine und bearbeitest souverän Reklamationen und Retouren.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Außendienst, der Technik und dem Projektmanagement stellst du einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicher und unterstützt deine Kolleg:innen im Tagesgeschäft.
- Du pflegst sorgfältig alle relevanten Stamm- und Bewegungsdaten, von Artikelpreisen bis zu Kundeninformationen, in unseren CRM- und ERP-Systemen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Kaufmann/-frau für IT-System-Management, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, Vertriebsinnendienst oder in einem IT-Systemhaus sammeln dürfen.
- Du begeisterst dich für IT-Themen wie Hardware, Software und Cloud-Lösungen und arbeitest dich gerne in neue Bereiche ein.
- Mit Verhandlungsgeschick, Kommunikationsstärke und einer serviceorientierten Arbeitsweise überzeugst du im Kontakt mit Kunden und Partnern.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Microsoft 365 und hast idealerweise schon mit einem ERP- oder CRM-System gearbeitet.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
