Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie planen, gestalten und führen den theoretischen sowie praktischen Unterricht für unsere Pflege-Auszubildenden durch und sichern so eine fundierte Wissensvermittlung.
- Als feste Ansprechperson begleiten Sie Ihre Klassen während der gesamten Ausbildung, fördern individuelle Lernprozesse und stehen bei fachlichen Fragen zur Seite.
- Sie konzipieren und bewerten Leistungsnachweise sowie Examensprüfungen und stellen damit die Einhaltung unserer hohen Qualitätsstandards sicher.
- Sie bringen Ihre Ideen aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unserer schulinternen Curricula und pädagogischen Konzepte ein und gestalten so die Zukunft der Pflegeausbildung mit.
- In enger Abstimmung mit dem Kollegium und den Praxisanleitern unserer Partner koordinieren Sie die Lerninhalte und gewährleisten eine optimale Verzahnung von Theorie und Praxis.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem Pflegeberuf.
- Sie verfügen darüber hinaus über einen abgeschlossenen Bachelor in Berufs- oder Pflegepädagogik – ein Masterabschluss oder die Bereitschaft dazu ist ein Plus.
- Sie bringen mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung als Lehrkraft an einer Pflegeschule mit.
- Mit Ihrer Eigeninitiative und Motivation haben Sie Freude daran, die Schulentwicklung aktiv mitzugestalten.
- Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau) und sind versiert im Umgang mit MS Office.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
