Dein Tagesgeschäft
- Technische Koordination von Fremdveranstaltungen
- Zentrale Ansprechperson für externe Produktionen, Dienstleister und interne Teams
- Abstimmung von technischen Anforderungen, Timings und Abläufen
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Veranstaltungsbetriebs inkl. Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards
- Störungsanalyse und schnelle Lösungsfindung im laufenden Betrieb
- Betreuung von Eishockeyspielen mit Fokus auf Produktion und Technik
- Verantwortung für Materialmanagement und Ressourcenplanung (inkl. Beschaffung, Lager, Verfügbarkeit)
- Wartung, Instandhaltung und Weiterentwicklung des Veranstaltungsequipments
- Koordination von Reparaturen und externen Dienstleistern sowie Planung von Neuanschaffungen
- Übernahme eigener Verantwortungsbereiche innerhalb der Produktion
- Unterstützung im operativen Tagesgeschäft und Sicherstellung effizienter Abläufe

Was dich ausmacht
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Veranstaltungs-, technischen oder handwerklichen Bereich oder vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung
- Erfahrung in der Eventproduktion und im Umgang mit technischen Abläufen (z. B. Bühne, Rigging, Ton/Licht Basics)
- Gutes Verständnis für Veranstaltungslogistik, Auf- und Abbauten sowie technische Schnittstellen
- Erfahrung in der Abstimmung mit externen Dienstleistern und verschiedenen internen Bereichen
- Kenntnisse in Sicherheitsanforderungen und idealerweise Erfahrung mit Sicherheitschecks und Dokumentation
- Erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit Materialmanagement, Lager oder Equipment
- Staplerschein von Vorteil
