Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Versicherten und berätst sie telefonisch sowie schriftlich in Fragen des Leistungsrechtes nach dem SGB V oder XI.
- Du prüfst und bearbeitest eigenständig Leistungsanträge und stellst eine korrekte und zeitnahe Abwicklung sicher.
- In enger Abstimmung mit Leistungserbringern wie Ärzten, Rehaeinrichtungen oder Pflegeeinrichtungen sowie dem Medizinischen Dienst klärst du medizinische oder pflegerische Sachverhalte.
- Du dokumentierst alle Vorgänge sorgfältig in unserem System und nutzt dabei die gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen für deine tägliche Organisation.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kaufmann im Gesundheitswesen (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, z. B. als Sozialversicherungsfachangestellte:r.
- Deine Stärke ist die serviceorientierte Beratung und du hast Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt.
- Du kommunizierst klar und empathisch, sowohl mit Kunden als auch mit Partnern wie dem Medizinischen Dienst.
- Im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen bist du sicher.
- Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1-Niveau).

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
