Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die technische Leitung und Koordination anspruchsvoller HLSK-Projekte von der Angebotsphase bis zur erfolgreichen Abnahme.
- Du entwickelst maßgeschneiderte technische Konzepte, übernimmst die Detailplanung und legst Lüftungsanlagen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Herstellern aus.
- Basierend auf den Konzepten erstellst und kalkulierst du Angebote und bearbeitest Leistungsverzeichnisse sowie technische Kundenanfragen.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle steuerst du die Kommunikation zwischen Kund:innen, Planungsbüros und internen Fachbereichen, um einen reibungslosen Projektablauf zu sichern.
- Du koordinierst die Abläufe auf den Baustellen, stehst den ausführenden Teams als technischer Ansprechpartner zur Seite und sicherst die Qualität der Umsetzung.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Versorgungstechnik, TGA oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der TGA-Planung oder im technischen Projektmanagement mit, idealerweise in einem Planungsbüro oder ausführenden Unternehmen.
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Planung und Auslegung von HLSK-Anlagen, insbesondere in der Lüftungstechnik.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig sowie lösungsorientiert und du überzeugst mit Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Kunden und Partnern.
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B und bringst eine moderate Reisebereitschaft mit (ca. 10 %).
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.

The number of your applications is not limited. An overview of your applications can be found in your application overview.
Can other companies see where else I have applied?
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact us anytime via email.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
