Was erwartet dich?
- Du konzipierst und entwickelst mit C++ und Python anspruchsvolle Softwarekomponenten für unsere autonomen Transportroboter und die dazugehörige Infrastruktur.
- Du implementierst und optimierst die hardwarenahe Steuerung sowie die Kommunikation zwischen Fahrzeugen, Sensorik und Leitsystemen, idealerweise unter Einsatz von ROS/ROS2 in einer Linux-Umgebung.
- Du begleitest den gesamten Software-Lifecycle von der Anforderungsanalyse über die Implementierung bis hin zu Tests, Simulationen und der finalen Inbetriebnahme im Feld.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams aus Robotik, Hardware und Systems Engineering bringst du deine Expertise ein, um interdisziplinäre Herausforderungen zu lösen.
- Du stellst die Qualität, Performance und Sicherheit deiner Software sicher, dokumentierst deine Lösungen und trägst aktiv zur Verbesserung unserer agilen Entwicklungsprozesse bei.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein Studium in Informatik, Robotik, Automatisierungstechnik oder einem ähnlichen Feld erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in der Softwareentwicklung mit C++ oder Python sowie Erfahrung mit Git und modernen Entwicklungswerkzeugen mit.
- Du hast bereits praktische Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Automatisierungs-, Robotik- oder Steuerungssystemen gesammelt, idealerweise mit Sensorik und Aktorik.
- Pluspunkte sammelst du mit Kenntnissen in ROS/ROS2, Linux oder im Bereich von Echtzeit- und Embedded-Systemen.
- Du überzeugst durch eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, Teamgeist und bringst gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
