Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des Pflegeteams und verantwortest die Personaleinsatzplanung.
- Du treibst maßgeblich den Aufbau unserer neuen ambulant betreuten Wohngemeinschaft voran und gestaltest die Konzeption aktiv mit.
- Du sicherst und optimierst die Qualität der Pflegeprozesse, um eine erstklassige Versorgung und Beratung unserer Klienten zu gewährleisten.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson förderst du eine offene Kommunikation und bist für die gezielte Weiterbildung und Entwicklung deiner Mitarbeitenden verantwortlich.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zur verantwortlichen Pflegefachkraft (PDL) mit.
- Idealerweise hast du bereits erste Führungserfahrung in der Pflege gesammelt und wissen, wie man ein Team motiviert.
- Mit Organisationstalent und Kommunikationsstärke macht es dir Freude, neue Strukturen wie unsere Wohngemeinschaft aufzubauen.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist geprägt von Empathie und einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch an die Pflege.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1), um eine klare Kommunikation im Team und mit Angehörigen sicherzustellen.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
