Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie konzipieren, erstellen und optimieren aussagekräftige Dashboards und Kennzahlensysteme mit unserem BI-Tool Cognos, um eine solide Basis für Geschäftsentscheidungen zu schaffen.
- Als zentraler Ansprechpartner für das Controlling treiben Sie die Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer ERP-Landschaft (z.B. ABAS) aktiv voran.
- Sie bauen ein transparentes Produktions- und Projektcontrolling auf und entwickeln dieses stetig weiter, um die Effizienz unserer Kernprozesse zu steigern.
- Sie verantworten die Ermittlung und Überwachung von Herstellkosten und leiten aus der Analyse von Produktivitätskennzahlen konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ab.
- Eigenständig führen Sie detaillierte Abweichungs-, Wirtschaftlichkeits- und Ad-hoc-Analysen, insbesondere mit MS Excel, durch und bereiten die Ergebnisse für das Management auf.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den operativen Fachbereichen, der IT und dem Management agieren Sie als Sparringspartner und Berater für alle controllingrelevanten Fragestellungen.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein Studium der BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling.
- Sie bringen sehr gute Kenntnisse in einem gängigen ERP-System (z. B. ABAS, SAP) und Erfahrung mit BI-Tools wie Power BI oder SAP BW mit.
- Mit MS Excel gehen Sie sicher um und überzeugen durch Ihre hohe Zahlenaffinität sowie Ihr analytisches Denkvermögen.
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist eigenständig sowie lösungsorientiert und Sie kommunizieren klar mit verschiedenen Ansprechpartnern.
- Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch in Wort und Schrift.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
