Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten den fachgerechten Auf- und Umbau von Erst- und Erprobungsfahrzeugen, inklusive des Ersteinbaus und der Inbetriebnahme von Zusatzelektronik.
- Basierend auf technischen Zeichnungen und CAD-Daten (z.B. mit SpinFire) konzipieren Sie neue Montagearbeitsplätze und legen das erforderliche Werkzeug-Equipment fest.
- Sie analysieren, dokumentieren und optimieren kontinuierlich Fertigungs- und Montageprozesse, um die Qualität und Effizienz in der Werkstatt zu sichern.
- Als wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen Entwicklung und Fertigung begleiten Sie aktiv die Überführung neuer Fahrzeugkomponenten in die Serienproduktion.
- Sie erstellen verständliche Arbeits- und Prüfanweisungen und geben Ihr Expertenwissen bei der Einarbeitung und Schulung von Kolleg:innen weiter.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie sind Kfz-Meister (m/w/d), idealerweise im Bereich Elektrotechnik, oder haben als Kfz-Mechatroniker (m/w/d) mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung gesammelt.
- Technik begeistert Sie und Sie bringen ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für automobile Zusammenhänge mit.
- Sie besitzen einen Führerschein der Klasse C1 und sind sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen.
- Idealerweise haben Sie bereits erste Erfahrungen mit einem CAD-Betrachtungsprogramm wie SpinFire gesammelt.
- Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau) und verfügen idealerweise über Grundkenntnisse in Englisch.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
