Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie führen die Grund- und Behandlungspflege bei unseren Bewohner:innen eigenverantwortlich im Rahmen des bestehenden Pflegekonzeptes durch und führen aktivierende Aktionen mit unseren Bewohner:innen (z.B. Vorlesen, Spielen, Singen etc.) durch
- Sie dokumentieren die Pflegeleistungen gemäß den Qualitätsstandards und sind verantwortlich für eine ordnungsmäßige und kontinuierlich geführte Bewohnerdokumentation
- Sie begleiten und führen die Auszubildenden während der gesamten Ausbildungszeit pädagogisch, inklusive regelmäßiger Feedbackgespräche
- Sie kooperieren mit sonstigen Trägern der praktischen Ausbildung und führen regelmäßig interne Schulungen durch sowie organisieren Bildungsveranstaltungen
- Sie arbeiten zu klassischen Frühdienstzeiten inklusive Wochenenddiensten

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie bringen die 3-jährige Ausbildung zum Altenpfleger (m/w/d), Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d) oder Pflegefachmann/Pflegefachfrau (m/w/d) mit
- Sie haben eine berufspädagogische Qualifizierung als Praxisanleitung sowie aktuell absolvierte Fortbildungsstunden
- Sie sind bereit zum Schichtdienst
- Sie haben praktische Berufserfahrung in dem Gebiet der Praxisanleitung, was wünschenswert ist
- Sie haben Freude daran, Wissen zu teilen, und besitzen Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie eine lösungsorientierte Haltung

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
