Was erwartet dich?
- Als Herzstück unserer Produktion richtest du moderne Etikettieranlagen präzise ein, überwachst den laufenden Betrieb und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Materialfluss.
- Mit deinem geschulten Auge stellst du sicher, dass jedes Produkt unser Haus mit einem perfekten Etikett verlässt und unsere hohen Qualitätsstandards erfüllt sind.
- Du führst eigenständig Rüst- und Umstellarbeiten für neue Aufträge durch und gewährleistest so einen schnellen und effizienten Produktwechsel.
- Bei kleineren Störungen packst du direkt mit an und unterstützt unser Instandhaltungsteam aktiv bei regelmäßigen Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten.
- Du dokumentierst sorgfältig alle relevanten Produktionsdaten und trägst damit aktiv zur Einhaltung unserer Hygiene- und Sicherheitsvorschriften bei.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung oder bringst bereits Berufserfahrung als Maschinen- oder Anlagenführer:in mit.
- Ein gutes technisches Verständnis sowie eine sorgfältige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus.
- Du bist bereit, im Schichtsystem zu arbeiten und zeigst dich dabei als zuverlässige:r und verantwortungsbewusste:r Teamplayer:in.
- Ein hohes Hygienebewusstsein ist für dich im Produktionsumfeld selbstverständlich.
- Für die reibungslose Kommunikation im Team und die Dokumentation sprichst du fließend Deutsch.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
