Ergänzend besteht die Möglichkeit, im Rahmen der Entwicklung befristet als Interims‑Pflegedienstleitung (m/w/d) eingesetzt zu werden, z. B. zur Überbrückung von Vakanzen oder zur Vertretung. Dadurch erhalten Sie frühzeitig Einblicke in die volle Leitungsverantwortung und können Ihre Führungskompetenzen praxisnah weiterentwickeln.
Die Entwicklung wird durch strukturierte Einarbeitung, interne Entwicklungsprogramme sowie persönliche Begleitung unterstützt.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie arbeiten sich ein und übernehmen leitungsbezogene Aufgaben an einem oder mehreren Standorten
- Sie unterstützen und übernehmen perspektivisch Verantwortung in der fachlichen, personellen und organisatorischen Führung
- Sie stellen die Pflegequalität sicher und entwickeln diese weiter
- Sie führen, motivieren und entwickeln die Mitarbeitenden
- Sie wirken an der wirtschaftlichen Steuerung des Standortes sowie an organisatorischen und strukturellen Prozessen mit
- Sie arbeiten eng mit der Regionalleitung, dem Qualitätsmanagement und weiteren Schnittstellen zusammen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene dreijährige Ausbildung in der Altenpflege oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege
- Sie haben eine Weiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung oder ein Studium im Bereich Pflegemanagement abgeschlossen
- Sie haben idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit verantwortungsvollen Aufgaben oder Führungsfunktionen
- Sie sind interessiert an einer langfristigen Führungs- und Managementlaufbahn in der Pflege
- Sie besitzen betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse oder eine wirtschaftliche Denkweise
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert, zuverlässig und verantwortungsbewusst und sind kommunikationsstark sowie fähig zur kooperativen Zusammenarbeit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
