Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die Administration und Konfiguration der IT-Systeme unserer Kunden mit einem klaren Fokus auf Windows Server- und Client-Umgebungen.
- Sie übernehmen die Installation und Inbetriebnahme von Hard- und Softwarekomponenten wie Servern, NAS-Systemen und Routern – sowohl remote als auch direkt vor Ort.
- Sie analysieren und beheben Störungen im 2nd-Level-Support eigenständig und stellen so den reibungslosen Betrieb der Kundeninfrastruktur sicher.
- Sie dokumentieren Ihre Lösungen sorgfältig in unserem Ticketsystem und arbeiten eng mit unseren Kundinnen und Kunden zusammen, um deren IT-Landschaft kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie bringen erste Berufserfahrung (mind. 1 Jahr) in der Administration von Windows Server- und Client-Umgebungen mit.
- Eine strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise zeichnet Sie aus, und Sie haben Freude daran, technische Probleme zu analysieren und zu lösen.
- Dank Ihrer kommunikativen Art fällt es Ihnen leicht, technische Sachverhalte verständlich zu erklären – sowohl im Team als auch im direkten Kundenkontakt.
- Idealerweise haben Sie bereits Erfahrung in der Konfiguration von Netzwerkkomponenten wie Routern oder Switches.
- Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch in Wort und Schrift.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
