Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten eigenständig die Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung und stellen die korrekte Verbuchung aller Geschäftsvorfälle sicher.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson klären Sie Konten und offene Posten in direkter Abstimmung mit unseren Kund:innen sowie Lieferant:innen und pflegen das Mahnwesen.
- Sie wickeln den gesamten Zahlungsverkehr ab und tragen durch Ihre sorgfältige Liquiditätsplanung aktiv zur finanziellen Stabilität des Unternehmens bei.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team wirken Sie bei der Erstellung der Monatsabschlüsse nach HGB mit und sorgen für eine saubere Hauptbuchführung.
- Sie nutzen MS Office für Ihre tägliche Arbeit und unterstützen bei der Optimierung buchhalterischer Prozesse und administrativer Abläufe.

- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung sowie Kenntnisse der rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen mit.
- Im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen sind Sie sicher und routiniert.
