Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie entwickeln neue Trockenmörtelrezepturen und optimieren diese für Hand- und Maschinenverarbeitung nach kundenspezifischen, länderspezifischen und rohstoffspezifischen Kriterien für unsere internationalen Kund:innen
- Sie führen Analysen und Auswertungen von Trockenmörtelprodukten sowie deren Rohstoffe durch
- Sie dokumentieren und werten die Versuche aus und erstellen Zwischen- und Abschlussberichte
- Sie entwickeln und etablieren neue Prüfmethoden
- Sie beraten beim Aufbau eines QS-Systems an den Produktionsstandorten unserer Kund:innen und führen Kundenschulungen zum Thema Trockenmörteltechnologie durch

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bau-/Chemieingenieurwesen, Werkstoffwissenschaften oder verfügen alternativ über umfangreiche praktische Erfahrung in der Rezepturentwicklung und vertiefte Baustoffkenntnisse als ausgebildete:r Baustoffprüfer:in, CTA, Chemikant:in, Chemielaborant:in
- Sie haben praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Entwicklung, Prüfung und Anwendung von Werktrockenmörtel für Boden, Wand und Fassade
- Sie besitzen Verständnis für mechanische Prozesse
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig und strukturiert und besitzen interkulturelle Kompetenz
- Sie sind bereit, international zu reisen, jedoch in geringem Umfang (max. 10%)
