Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die umfassende Verantwortung für die Planung, Organisation, Durchführung, Steuerung und Kontrolle von Projekten
- Sie entwickeln einen Projektplan und verfolgen die Projekttermine sowie Meilensteine
- Sie koordinieren interne Ressourcen und Dritte für die fehlerfreie Ausführung von Projekten
- Sie klären technische Fragen mit Kund:innen und Lieferant:innen
- Sie reisen zu Kund:innen und Kundenbaustellen
- Sie verfassen und pflegen eine umfassende Projektdokumentation inklusive Nachkalkulation
- Sie überwachen die Kosten während der Projektphase
- Sie übernehmen die Funktion als verantwortliche Elektrofachkraft (VEFK) gemäß DIN VDE 1000-10
- Sie stellen die Einhaltung aller elektrotechnischen Sicherheitsvorschriften sicher
- Sie erstellen und pflegen Gefährdungsbeurteilungen, Arbeitsanweisungen und Prüfdokumentationen
- Sie schulen und unterweisen elektrotechnisch unterwiesene Personen (EuP)

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung elektrotechnischer Projekte im industriellen Umfeld
- Sie besitzen die Qualifikation als verantwortliche Elektrofachkraft (VEFK) oder sind bereit zur Weiterbildung
- Sie haben sehr gute Kenntnisse relevanter Normen und Vorschriften (DIN VDE, DGUV etc.)
- Sie zeichnen sich durch Organisationsstärke, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und eine eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise aus
- Sie treten sicher gegenüber Kund:innen, Dienstleister:innen und internen Ansprechpersonen auf
- Sie verfügen über gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
