Was erwartet dich?
- Als zentrale Unterstützung für unsere Projektleiter übernimmst du die administrative Abwicklung von Ingenieurprojekten und erstellst mit Programmen wie ORCA AVA die Leistungsverzeichnisse.
- Du bist die organisatorische Schnittstelle im Büro: Du steuerst die gesamte Termin- und Reisekoordination, organisierst Meetings und managst den internen sowie externen Schriftverkehr.
- Du sorgst für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss, indem du Projektergebnisse und Entscheidungsvorlagen aufbereitest sowie eine sorgfältige Protokollführung sicherstellst.
- Du übernimmst eigenständig allgemeine Sekretariats- und Verwaltungstätigkeiten und stellst sicher, dass im Büroalltag alles rund läuft.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss.
- Du bringst mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich mit, idealerweise aus einem Ingenieurbüro.
- Du bist versiert im Umgang mit MS Office, arbeitest dich schnell in neue digitale Tools ein und zeichnest dich durch deine strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise aus.
- Mit deinem freundlichen, serviceorientierten Auftreten, deiner Kommunikationsstärke und Eigeninitiative passt du perfekt in unser Team.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch in Wort und Schrift (C1-Niveau).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
