Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst fachlich und disziplinarisch sowie entwickelst die derzeit elf Mitarbeitenden in den Bereichen Software-Management, VDI und Client Management weiter
- Du überwachst relevante KPIs und stellst die vereinbarten Service Levels sicher
- Du arbeitest eng und vertrauensvoll mit der Bereichsleitung bei strategischen, organisatorischen und personellen Themen sowie bei der Weiterentwicklung des Verantwortungsbereichs zusammen
- Du entwickelst mit und setzt eine zukunftsorientierte Workplace-Strategie um
- Du bist verantwortlich für effiziente Softwarepaketierung, Softwareverteilung und Lifecycle-Management sowie die Weiterentwicklung der Client Management Systeme (derzeit MECM/SCCM) und der Citrix-Landschaft hinsichtlich Performance, Sicherheit und Benutzererlebnis
- Du planst und steuerst Ressourcen und externe Dienstleister und förderst eine moderne Führungskultur sowie eine kontinuierliche Verbesserung innerhalb der Teams

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung von IT-Teams
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in mindestens zwei der folgenden Bereiche: Client Management (MECM/SCCM, Windows Client, MDM), Software-Management und Softwareverteilung, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops)
- Du hast Erfahrung im Betrieb moderner Windows-Arbeitsplatzumgebungen
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Du bist kommunikationsstark, durchsetzungsfähig und hast eine hohe soziale Kompetenz sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
