Was erwartet dich?
- Als zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in betreust du eigenverantwortlich deinen Mandantenstamm und berätst diesen in allen buchhalterischen Fragestellungen.
- Du erstellst unter Einsatz von DATEV selbstständig Jahresabschlüsse sowie die zugehörigen betrieblichen Steuererklärungen für Personen- und Kapitalgesellschaften.
- Die sorgfältige Prüfung von Steuerbescheiden gehört ebenso zu deinem Aufgabenbereich wie die Vorbereitung von Rechtsbehelfen bei Abweichungen.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Gestaltungsberatung bringst du deine Expertise ein, um steuerliche Optimierungspotenziale für Mandant:innen zu identifizieren.
- Du übernimmst die professionelle Korrespondenz mit Finanzämtern sowie Behörden und sicherst so einen reibungslosen Ablauf.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum/zur Bilanzbuchhalter:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen und Steuererklärungen mit.
- Im Umgang mit DATEV und den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen bist du routiniert und sicher.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist eigenverantwortlich und präzise, gleichzeitig schätzt du den fachlichen Austausch und die enge Zusammenarbeit im Team.
- Dank deiner Kommunikationsstärke und deines vertrauenswürdigen Auftretens bist du eine kompetente Ansprechperson für Mandant:innen.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau) in Wort und Schrift.

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact us anytime via email.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
