Was erwartet dich?
- Als zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in betreust Du eigenverantwortlich Deinen Mandantenstamm aus Personen- und Kapitalgesellschaften und berätst sie proaktiv in allen steuerlichen und wirtschaftlichen Belangen.
- Du entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für Deine Mandant:innen, von der strategischen Steuergestaltung über die Vermögensstrukturierung bis hin zur Nachfolgeplanung.
- Du erstellst und prüfst Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB sowie die zugehörigen betrieblichen und privaten Steuererklärungen, wobei Du routiniert mit DATEV arbeitest.
- Du begleitest Deine Mandant:innen aktiv bei der Digitalisierung ihrer Buchhaltungsprozesse und hilfst ihnen, die Vorteile von Tools wie DATEV Unternehmen online optimal zu nutzen.
- Im engen Austausch mit der Kanzleileitung und Deinen Kolleg:innen wirkst Du an der Weiterentwicklung interner Prozesse und Qualitätsstandards mit.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Dein Fundament ist ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Steuerberaterexamen.
- Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen (HGB) und Steuererklärungen für verschiedene Gesellschaftsformen mit.
- Im Umgang mit DATEV pro und den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen bist du versiert und sicher.
- Du hast Freude daran, komplexe steuerliche Fragen zu lösen und begegnest der digitalen Transformation mit Neugier und Eigeninitiative.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind für die Mandantenberatung für dich selbstverständlich.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
