Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die vollumfängliche Vermietung von Wohn- und Gewerbeimmobilien für unsere Kapitalanleger:innen.
- Du erstellst aussagekräftige Exposés, veröffentlichst diese auf relevanten Kanälen und führst eigenständig Besichtigungen mit Mietinteressent:innen durch.
- Von der sorgfältigen Auswahl der Kandidat:innen über die Erstellung der Mietverträge bis zur finalen Wohnungsübergabe liegt der Prozess in Deiner Hand.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle steuerst Du die Kommunikation mit Eigentümer:innen, Mieter:innen sowie externen Dienstleistern und Handwerksbetrieben.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Immobilienkaufmann/-frau oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation.
- Idealerweise bringst du bereits Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienwirtschaft oder einer serviceorientierten Branche mit.
- Deine Stärken sind Kommunikationsgeschick und ein sicheres, freundliches Auftreten, gepaart mit einer selbstständigen und zuverlässigen Arbeitsweise.
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher in Deutsch (C1-Niveau).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
