Zu deinen Aufgaben zählen:
- Du verantwortest die reibungslosen Abläufe in unserer Küche, von der Planung bis zur Ausgabe der Mahlzeiten, und sorgst für das leibliche Wohl unserer Bewohner:innen
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Pflege erstellst Du abwechslungsreiche und bedarfsgerechte Speisepläne, die auf die Wünsche und diätetischen Anforderungen unserer Senior:innen zugeschnitten sind
- Du übernimmst den kompletten Einkauf sowie die Lagerhaltung und stellst durch einen wirtschaftlichen Ressourceneinsatz die hohe Qualität unserer Verpflegung sicher
- Als Vorbild führst, motivierst und entwickelst Du Dein Küchenteam und schaffst ein wertschätzendes Arbeitsklima
- Du gewährleistest die konsequente Einhaltung aller Hygienestandards nach HACCP-Richtlinien und übernimmst die dazugehörige Dokumentation und Qualitätssicherung

Das bringst du mit:
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch oder Köchin und bringst idealerweise bereits Berufserfahrung mit
- Du konntest bereits erste Führungserfahrung in einer Küche sammeln und verstehst es, ein kleines Team anzuleiten und zu motivieren
- Mit deinem Organisationstalent und Verantwortungsbewusstsein behältst du auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick
- Du kennst dich bestens mit den geltenden Hygienestandards (HACCP) aus und achtest auf deren konsequente Einhaltung

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
