Was erwartet dich?
- Du rüstest und bedienst eigenständig unsere modernen 5-Achs-CNC-Fräsmaschinen mit Heidenhain.
- Du erstellst, lädst und optimierst CNC-Programme direkt an der Maschine, um eine präzise Fertigung von Einzelteilen und Kleinserien sicherzustellen.
- Du überwachst aktiv den gesamten Fertigungsprozess und führst eigenverantwortlich Qualitätskontrollen an den gefertigten Werkstücken durch.
- Du bist für die regelmäßige Wartung und Pflege der dir anvertrauten Maschinen verantwortlich und sorgst so für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.
- Du arbeitest eng mit deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen im Team zusammen, um Aufträge termingerecht und in höchster Qualität umzusetzen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Deine Basis ist eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker, CNC-Fräser oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst erste Erfahrung im CNC-Fräsen mit, idealerweise bereits mit der Heidenhain-Steuerung .
- Eine präzise, eigenständige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus.
- Du bist ein Teamplayer und hast Lust, dich in neue Aufgaben und Technologien einzuarbeiten.
- Für die reibungslose Abstimmung im Team sprichst du fließend Deutsch (mindestens C1-Niveau).

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
