Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie entwickeln die Wachstumsstrategie, verantworten Jahresbudget und Forecast und berichten die relevanten KPIs direkt an die Geschäftsführung
- Sie steuern das Produktportfolio wirtschaftlich und identifizieren Wachstumschancen gemeinsam mit F&E und dem Mutterkonzern
- Sie entwickeln internationale Preisstrategien und erstellen Business Cases inklusive Verrechnungspreisdokumentation
- Sie führen Preis-, Vertrags- und Kooperationsverhandlungen auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene eigenständig
- Sie führen ein Team von bis zu acht Mitarbeitenden fachlich und disziplinarisch
- Sie stellen eine reibungslose Auftragsabwicklung von der Anfrage bis zur Rechnungsstellung sicher

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium abgeschlossen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation erworben
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Erfahrung in Business Development und Produktmanagement mit
- Sie kennen sich in Budgetplanung, KPI-Steuerung und der Erstellung von Business Cases fundiert aus
- Sie haben bereits mehrere Jahre Führungsverantwortung getragen
- Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und Englisch (C1/C2)
- Sie sind bereit, für Kund:innen und Partner:innen zu reisen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
