Was erwartet Sie?
- Als erste:r fachliche:r Ansprechpartner:in beraten Sie unsere Kund:innen kompetent zu unserem augenoptischen Produktsortiment.
- Sie bearbeiten eingehende Kundenaufträge per Telefon sowie E-Mail und stellen mit unserer Anwendersoftware eine reibungslose Abwicklung sicher.
- In enger Abstimmung mit unserer Fertigung koordinieren Sie die Auftragsdetails und agieren als zentrale Schnittstelle für alle produktbezogenen Rückfragen.
- Sie managen eigenständig das Reklamationswesen, bearbeiten Gutschriften und finden nachhaltige, kundenorientierte Lösungen.
- Zusätzlich unterstützen Sie bei der telefonischen Betreuung von Neu- und Bestandskund:innen, um langfristige Partnerschaften aufzubauen.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum/zur Augenoptiker:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig und sind flexibel
- Sie sind kommunikativ mit einer hohen Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
- Sie arbeiten gerne im Team
- Sie verfügen über gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und haben eine Affinität für Anwendersoftware
- Sie verfügen idealerweise über Fremdsprachenkenntnisse und verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch ist Voraussetzung

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
