Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie entwickeln und erstellen detaillierte Anlagen- und Stahlbaukonzepte auf Basis interner sowie externer Maschinen- und Ausrüstungspläne.
- Mithilfe moderner CAD-Software (z. B. AutoCAD, Advance Steel) fertigen Sie präzise Fließbilder, Maschinenpläne, Ansichtszeichnungen und Lagepläne an.
- Sie kalkulieren eigenständig die Kosten für Stahlbauprojekte – von der Massenermittlung für das Tragwerk bis zur Gebäudehülle und den Nebenleistungen.
- Für die Angebotserstellung und Projektsteuerung erstellen und bearbeiten Sie aussagekräftige Leistungsverzeichnisse.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Projektleitung überführen Sie verfahrenstechnische Anforderungen in passgenaue, kundenspezifische Anlagenkonzepte.
- Sie übernehmen die technische Prüfung und kaufmännische Bewertung von Lieferanten- und Nachunternehmerangeboten als wichtige Entscheidungsgrundlage.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Konstruktionstechnik oder vergleichbar
- Sie verfügen über Berufserfahrung in der Kalkulation und/oder Planung von Stahlbauprojekten
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der Massenermittlung und Kostenkalkulation
- Sie besitzen gute Kenntnisse in CAD-Anwendungen (z. B. AutoCAD, Advance Steel, Tekla oder vergleichbar)
- Sie sprechen gut Deutsch und Englisch
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert, selbstständig und wirtschaftlich orientiert

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
