Was erwartet dich?
- Du rüstest, programmierst und bedienst unsere modernen CNC-Fräsmaschinen
- Du fertigst eigenständig präzise Einzelteile sowie Kleinserien nach technischen Zeichnungen und sicherst damit die hohe Qualität unserer Endprodukte.
- Du überwachst aktiv den gesamten Fertigungsprozess, führst regelmäßige Qualitätskontrollen mit gängigen Messmitteln durch und dokumentierst deine Ergebnisse sorgfältig.
- Gemeinsam mit deinem Team identifizierst du Optimierungspotenziale in den Abläufen und trägst aktiv zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Prozesse bei.

- Ein attraktives Gehaltspaket zwischen 36.000 und 42.000 Euro brutto im Jahr, je nach Qualifikation.
- Feste Arbeitszeiten im 2-Schicht-System (06:00-14:20 Uhr und 14:00-22:00 Uhr) sorgen für einen geregelten Alltag.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Metallbereich, z. B. als Zerspanungsmechaniker:in, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst Erfahrung im CNC-Fräsen mit und hast idealerweise schon mit Steuerungen gearbeitet.
- Technische Zeichnungen liest und verstehst du sicher, um Einzelteile und Kleinserien präzise zu fertigen.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist zuverlässig und eigenständig, denn du legst Wert auf Qualität.
- Für die reibungslose Abstimmung im Team sprichst du fließend Deutsch (C1).

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact us anytime via email.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
