Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Organisation der Baustellen im Hoch- und Tiefbau und führen Ihr Team fachlich an.
- Sie koordinieren die Arbeitsabläufe, erstellen die Arbeitsaufträge und sind die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Mitarbeitenden, Bauleitung und Auftraggebern.
- Sie verantworten die termingerechte Materialbestellung und -disposition, um einen reibungslosen Baufortschritt zu gewährleisten.
- Sie überwachen aktiv die Bauausführung vor Ort, sichern die Einhaltung der Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards und sorgen für eine termingerechte Fertigstellung.
- Als erfahrener Polier packen Sie bei Bedarf selbst mit an und unterstützen Ihr Team tatkräftig bei der praktischen Umsetzung der Bauvorhaben.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Polier, sind Maurermeister, Bautechniker oder haben eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Hoch- oder Tiefbau mit, idealerweise bereits mit erster Verantwortung für ein Team.
- Eine selbstständige, lösungsorientierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise zeichnet Sie aus.
- Sie besitzen einen Führerschein der Klassen B und CE.
- Für die reibungslose Koordination auf der Baustelle kommunizieren Sie sicher auf Deutsch.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
