Was erwartet dich?
- Als erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kund:innen betreust du den technischen Support für unseren Autoscan und die zugehörige Software – per Telefon, E-Mail, Remote-Zugriff oder direkt vor Ort.
- Du analysierst eigenständig technische Herausforderungen, findest pragmatische Lösungen und stellst so die Funktionsfähigkeit der Systeme bei unseren Kund:innen sicher.
- Du wirkst aktiv bei der Installation und Inbetriebnahme unserer Systeme mit und führst Schulungen für unsere Kund:innen durch, um einen optimalen Start zu gewährleisten.
- Du dokumentierst deine Lösungen sorgfältig und gibst wertvolles Kundenfeedback direkt an die Produktentwicklung weiter, um unsere Produkte stetig zu verbessern.
- In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team unterstützt du bei nationalen sowie internationalen Kundenprojekten und übernimmst dabei eigenverantwortlich Teilaufgaben.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst ein gutes technisches Grundverständnis für Computer und Software sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe mit.
- Du hast Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt, trittst dabei freundlich sowie sicher auf und kannst technische Zusammenhänge verständlich erklären.
- Eine strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus.
- Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch und gutes Englisch für die Kommunikation in einem internationalen Umfeld.
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B und bist bereit für regelmäßige Dienstreisen innerhalb Deutschlands sowie ins europäische und außereuropäische Ausland, einschließlich mehrtägiger oder längerer Auslandsaufenthalte.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
