Regelmäßige Wartung und Störungsbeseitigung an verschiedenen technischen Anlagen vor Ort bei Kunden.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst Wartungen, Prüfungen und Reparaturen an gebäudetechnischen Anlagen wie Energieversorgung, Beleuchtung, Lüftung und Klima durch.
- Du übernimmst die Fehlersuche und Störungsbeseitigung an technischen und sicherheitsrelevanten Anlagen.
- Du prüfst und wartest Sicherheitsbeleuchtungen, RWA-Anlagen, Brandschutztüren, Tore und Überladebrücken.
- Du führst regelmäßige Betreiberpflichten an Sprinkleranlagen durch.
- Du erstellst die erforderliche Wartungs- und Prüfdokumentation.
- Du stellst die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben sowie Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards sicher.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Service- oder Wartungstechniker mit
- Du hast Kenntnisse in der Daten-, Netzwerk- und Brandmeldetechnik sowie Sicherheitsbeleuchtung
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig und qualitätsbewusst, gleichzeitig schätzt du die Zusammenarbeit im Team und überzeugst durch Zuverlässigkeit.
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B und trittst bei unseren Kunden serviceorientiert und professionell auf.
- Für die reibungslose Kommunikation mit Kunden und Kollegen sprichst du fließend Deutsch.
