Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die eigenständige Bearbeitung der Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Sachkontenbuchhaltung und verbuchst alle laufenden Geschäftsvorfälle mit unserer Buchhaltungssoftware.
- Du bereitest die Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse vor, überwachst die offenen Posten und bist für die Kontenabstimmung verantwortlich.
- Mithilfe von MS Excel erstellst Du aussagekräftige Auswertungen und Reports, die als Entscheidungsgrundlage für das Management dienen.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson für Finanzthemen arbeitest Du eng mit internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Steuerberatern und Wirtschaftsprüfern zusammen.
- Du gestaltest die Zukunft unserer Finanzabteilung aktiv mit, indem Du bestehende Buchhaltungsprozesse analysierst und deren Digitalisierung vorantreibst.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Finanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung mit, idealerweise im Gesundheitswesen oder einem dienstleistungsorientierten Unternehmen.
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in der Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Sachkontenbuchhaltung und bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office (insb. Excel) sowie gängigen Buchhaltungssystemen.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und zuverlässig, wobei du ein hohes Zahlenverständnis und Teamgeist mitbringst.
- Du sprichst und schreibst verhandlungssicher Deutsch (C1-Niveau).

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
