- Eigenverantwortliche Mitarbeit im Core Team Katheter bei der Entwicklung von Produkten, Fertigungsprozessen und Montageabläufen einschließlich technischer Dokumentation und Risikoanalysen
- Planung, Umsetzung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung bestehender Fertigungsprozesse einschließlich Testläufen, Inbetriebnahmen und Prozessvalidierungen
- Steuerung und Betreuung von Muster- und Prototypenfertigungen sowie Sicherstellung effizienter Arbeitsabläufe
- Eigenständige Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Verifikationen, Validierungen sowie Erstellung von Prüfplänen und -protokollen
- Durchführung technischer Analysen und Beurteilungen bei Kundenbeanstandungen sowie Mitarbeit und Leitung von CAPA-Maßnahmen
- Koordination der erfolgreichen Übergabe neuer Produkte und Prozesse an die Fertigung einschließlich Schulung und Betreuung relevanter Schnittstellen
- Einhaltung der Qualitätsmanagement- und Dokumentationsanforderungen sowie Meldung von Abweichungen und Problemen an die Vorgesetzten

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder technische Berufsausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in der technischen Entwicklung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mindestens 3 bis 4 Jahre) in der technischen Entwicklung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Konstruktion mit 3D-CAD-Systemen sowie 2D-Zeichnungsableitungen
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und technischen Dokumentationen
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis, lösungsorientierte Denkweise sowie ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
