Regelmäßige Einsätze bei externen Kunden zur Betreuung, Implementierung und Wartung der IT-Systeme.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du administrierst und konfigurierst unsere Server- und Client-Landschaft unter Windows sowie Linux und betreust dabei sowohl interne als auch externe Kundensysteme.
- Du übernimmst die Einrichtung und Verwaltung unserer Netzwerksicherheitslösungen, insbesondere von Firewalls wie pfSense oder Sophos, und sorgst so für den Schutz der Infrastruktur.
- Du stellst die maximale Verfügbarkeit unserer Systeme sicher, indem du proaktiv technische Probleme analysierst, Fehler behebst und die Performance in Virtualisierungsumgebungen (z.B. VMware, Hyper-V) optimierst.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team wirkst du bei der Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten mit und unterstützt unsere externen Kunden als kompetenter Ansprechpartner.
- Du sorgst für eine nachvollziehbare Dokumentation der IT-Prozesse und Konfigurationen, um das Wissen im Team zu sichern und Standards zu etablieren.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z.B. als Fachinformatiker:in) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und bringst bereits erste Berufserfahrung mit.
- Du bist sicher in der Administration von Windows- und Linux-Systemen und hast Erfahrung mit Virtualisierungslösungen (z.B. VMware, Hyper-V).
- Du kennst dich mit der Verwaltung von Firewalls (z.B. pfSense, Sophos) und den gängigen Netzwerksicherheitsstandards aus.
- Deine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise verbindest du mit Serviceorientierung und Teamgeist, besonders im Umgang mit Kunden.
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und bringst gute Englischkenntnisse mit.

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact us anytime via email.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
