Was erwartet dich?
- Du identifizierst und bewertest systematisch Trends, Technologien und Konsumentenbedürfnisse im Pharma- und Consumer-Health-Markt, um Innovationspotenziale frühzeitig zu erkennen.
- Du konzipierst und etablierst ein datengestütztes Trend-Scouting-System, nutzt dabei digitale Research-Tools und erstellst aussagekräftige Reports für das Management.
- Du übersetzt deine Erkenntnisse in konkrete Produkt- und Entwicklungsimpulse und begleitest diese bis zur Übergabe an die Teams in F&E und Marketing.
- Du identifizierst und bewertest potenzielle M&A-Targets sowie neue Marken und bereitest entscheidungsreife Vorlagen für die Geschäftsführung und den Beirat vor.
- Als strategischer Sparringspartner der Geschäftsführung leitest du aus deinen Analysen klare Handlungsempfehlungen für zukünftige Wachstumsfelder ab.

Was bieten wir dir?
- Attraktive Vergütung: Du startest mit einem Fixgehalt von 100.000 Euro brutto pro Jahr, das sich bei Zielerreichung innerhalb von 12–18 Monaten auf 112.000 Euro entwickelt und eine etablierte Zielstufe von 125.000 Euro erreicht
- Variable Zielvergütung: Du erhältst 30 % des Fixums als variable Vergütung – 10 % als StandardSTI nach unternehmensweiter KPI-Logik und 20 % als eigenständige, funktionsgebundene EIM-Prämie
- Ziel-Gesamtbarvergütung: Dein Einstieg liegt bei 130.000 Euro brutto pro Jahr, mit einer Steigerung auf 145.600 Euro bei Stufe 2 und 162.500 Euro bei der etablierten Stufe
- Optionale Prämien: Im ersten Jahr kannst du 50 % der EIM-Prämie als einmalige Aufbauprämie nach bestandener Probezeit und etabliertem Scouting-System erhalten; ab dem zweiten Jahr ist sie vollständig ergebnisabhängig. Ein optionaler Sign-on-Bonus von 10.000–15.000 Euro wird hälftig bei Eintritt und nach bestandener Probezeit ausgezahlt
- Umfassende Ausstattung: Du profitierst von einer betrieblichen Altersvorsorge nach unternehmensinternem Portfolio, vollständiger Remote-Ausstattung sowie Zugang zu KI-/Research-Tools, Konferenzen und einem Weiterbildungs-/Netzwerkbudget

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in Innovation, Foresight, Business Development, Corporate Development oder strategischem Marketing – idealerweise in der Pharma-, Consumer Health- oder einer verwandten Branche
- Du hast die ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, aus Signalen belastbare Wachstumsoptionen und Managemententscheidungen abzuleiten
- Du trittst sicher auf Geschäftsführungs- und Gremienebene auf und kommunizierst strukturiert und präzise in Deutsch und Englisch
- Du bringst eine internationale Perspektive mit, hast digitale/AI-Research-Kompetenz und Interesse an M&A- und Marken-Scouting

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
