Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst eigenständig Entwurfs-, Genehmigungs- und Ausführungspläne für unsere Bauprojekte und setzt diese präzise in AutoCAD und Revit um.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Architekt:innen wirkst du bei der Erstellung von Bauantragsplanungen mit und arbeitest technische Details in 3D-Modellen aus.
- Du unterstützt das Team bei der Erstellung von ansprechenden Visualisierungen, um unsere Entwürfe für Kunden und Partner zum Leben zu erwecken.
- Du übernimmst die sorgfältige Verwaltung und Aktualisierung der Planunterlagen und sicherst so die Qualität und Konsistenz unserer Projektdokumentation.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast gute bis sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit einem CAD-Programm und im 3D-Zeichnen, vorzugsweise Revit und Autocad
- Du bringst wünschenswerterweise Kenntnisse in Enscape mit
- Du verfügst über grundlegende Kenntnisse im Office-Paket
- Du bist teamfähig, flexibel und hast gute Umgangsformen in der Kommunikation
- Du besitzt verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
