Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst mit ArchiCAD ganzheitliche innenarchitektonische Konzepte für hochwertige Einfamilienhäuser.
- Du berätst unsere privaten Bauherren zu Raumaufteilung, Stilrichtung, Materialien, Farben und Ausstattung.
- Du bereitest Bemusterungstermine vor und führst diese durch, inklusive Innenausbau, Bäder, Bodenbeläge, Türen und Beleuchtung.
- Du erstellst Ausstattungsprotokolle inklusive Preisdarstellung als verbindliche Grundlage für die Bauausführung.
- Du arbeitest eng mit Architektur, Projektleitung und Bauleitung zur Umsetzung des Gesamtkonzepts zusammen.
- Du präsentierst und empfiehlst aktiv hochwertige Ausstattungsoptionen zur individuellen Aufwertung der Häuser.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Innenarchitektur oder Architektur.
- Du bringst bereits Erfahrung in der Planung und Beratung von Wohnbauprojekten mit.
- Du überzeugst mit einem sicheren Gespür für Design und Materialität sowie einer strukturierten, detailorientierten Arbeitsweise.
- Du hast Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt, berätst mit Kommunikationsstärke und begeisterst mit deinen Ideen für den Verkauf.
- Du bist versiert im Umgang mit Planungssoftware wie ArchiCAD, Revit oder einem vergleichbaren Programm.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
