Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Organisation des gesamten Bewerbungsprozesses – von der Vorauswahl passender Talente über die Kandidatenkommunikation bis zur Terminkoordination, wobei du aktiv von KI-Tools unterstützt wirst.
- Du wirkst aktiv bei internen Projekten mit, überwachst eigenständig Deadlines und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Abläufe reibungslos und termingerecht funktionieren.
- Du pflegst sorgfältig unser CRM-System und unterstützt das Team, indem du relevante Kennzahlen (KPIs) überwachst und für Auswertungen aufbereitest.
- Du planst und koordinierst eigenverantwortlich interne sowie externe Veranstaltungen und managst dabei den gesamten Einladungsprozess.
- Du unterstützt bei der Auftragsabwicklung, erstellst Angebote und übernimmst allgemeine administrative sowie organisatorische Aufgaben im Team.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, ein Studium oder überzeugst als Quereinsteiger:in mit ausgeprägtem Organisationstalent.
- Du arbeitest sehr strukturiert, behältst Deadlines zuverlässig im Blick und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung für deine Aufgaben.
- Du hast eine Affinität für Zahlen, bringst idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit KI-Tools mit und hast Lust, datenbasiert zu arbeiten.
- Als kommunikativer Teamplayer dokumentierst du sorgfältig und sorgst dafür, dass alle im Bilde sind.
- Du sprichst und schreibst Deutsch auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau (C2).

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
