Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie sind eine analytisch starke Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem betriebswirtschaftlichem Verständnis und Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen sowie Teams erfolgreich zu führen
- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Finanzen, Controlling oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise in einem projektorientierten, technischen oder internationalen Umfeld
- Sie haben erste Führungserfahrung oder die Motivation und das Potenzial für den nächsten Karriereschritt in eine Führungsrolle
- Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse in Planung, Forecasting, Reporting und Performance Management und sind sicher im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen sowie sehr guten Excel-Kenntnissen; Erfahrung mit BI-Tools ist von Vorteil
- Sie zeichnen sich durch ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, ein gutes Verständnis wirtschaftlicher Zusammenhänge, eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und einen modernen Führungsstil aus
