Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die eigenständige Erstellung von Angebots- und Auftragskalkulationen für komplexe Bau- und Infrastrukturprojekte, idealerweise unter Einsatz von RIB iTWO.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Projektleitung und technischen Fachabteilungen erarbeiten Sie wettbewerbsfähige Angebote und stellen deren Plausibilität sicher.
- Sie analysieren kontinuierlich Kostenstrukturen, identifizieren proaktiv Einsparpotenziale und tragen so direkt zum wirtschaftlichen Erfolg der Projekte bei.
- Die Kalkulation und Ausarbeitung von Nachtragsangeboten gehört ebenfalls zu Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich, inklusive der Abstimmung mit Auftraggebern.
- Sie beobachten aktiv den Markt, analysieren Preisentwicklungen und erstellen aussagekräftige Reportings als Entscheidungsgrundlage für die technische Leitung.

Sie können als Kalkulator etwas bewirken, wenn Sie Folgendes mitbringen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bauvertragsrecht (VOB/B) und im Umgang mit Kalkulationssoftware.
- Erfahrungen im Bereich Tiefbau / Kampfmittelräumung sind wünschenswert
- Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Auftraggeber*innen und Lieferant*innen
- Wirtschaftliches Denken und zielsicheres Arbeiten
- Hohes Engagement, sicheres Auftreten sowie Eigeninitiative und Flexibilität
- Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie Teamgeist, Durchsetzungsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Deutsch verhandlungssicher sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
