Was erwartet dich?
- Du gewährleistest den stabilen, sicheren und performanten Betrieb unserer auf OpenStack basierenden Cloud-Plattform und bist für deren Weiterentwicklung mitverantwortlich.
- Mithilfe von Automatisierungstools wie Ansible und Terraform optimierst du unsere Deployment-Prozesse, führst Changes durch und steigerst die Effizienz.
- Du überwachst die Systemlandschaft proaktiv mit Tools wie CheckMK, analysierst Logs und managst Incidents sowie Probleme nach ITIL-Grundsätzen.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Support und Service Ownern administrierst du unsere Linux-Systeme, verwaltest die Netzwerkumgebung und führst Fehleranalysen durch.
- Du setzt unsere Sicherheits- und Compliance-Vorgaben um, kümmerst dich um das Patchmanagement und pflegst die Betriebsdokumentation sowie Runbooks.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im IT- oder Cloud-Betrieb (Virtualisierung, Storage, Automatisierung) sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in Linux und Netzwerktechnik mit.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Monitoring- und Automatisierungstools und hast ein gutes Verständnis für ITIL- und SRE-Grundsätze.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert und lösungsorientiert, gepaart mit einer hohen Serviceorientierung für einen stabilen Betrieb.
- Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung mit OpenStack, Ansible oder Terraform und bist bereit, an der Rufbereitschaft teilzunehmen.
- Für die reibungslose Zusammenarbeit im Team und mit Partnern kommunizierst du fließend auf Deutsch (C1).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
