Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die laufende Buchhaltung, indem du selbstständig Debitoren, Kreditoren, Löhne und Anlagen buchst. Du führst das System und erkennst sowie korrigierst Fehlbuchungen
- Du erstellst und begleitest den Jahresabschluss in Zusammenarbeit mit der Kanzlei und weißt, wann du der Kanzlei widersprechen musst
- Du baust funktionierende Prozesse auf, indem du Standardarbeitsanweisungen (SOPs) für Abschluss, Zahlungsfreigabe und andere Bereiche erstellst
- Du erstellst eine rollierende Liquiditätsvorschau, monatliche betriebswirtschaftliche Auswertungen (BWA) und langfristiges Margen-/KPI-Reporting für jeden Auftrag
- Du steuerst die Zusammenarbeit mit der Steuerkanzlei und Versicherungsbetreuung, prüfst Rechnungen und gibst Empfehlungen ab

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist fit in der Buchhaltung mit DATEV (SKR03/04) und hast bereits eigenständig Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB erstellt.
- Du bringst Erfahrung in der Liquiditätsplanung und im Forecasting mit, um unsere Finanzen vorausschauend zu steuern.
- Mit deinem Mittelstands-Mindset baust du gerne eigenständig Strukturen und Prozesse auf, anstatt nur bestehende zu verwalten.
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau), um dich präzise mit dem Team und externen Partnern abzustimmen.
- Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung in der Baubranche, ein Steuerberater-Examen (oder bist in Vorbereitung) oder bringst DATEV-Zertifizierungen mit.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
