Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie bearbeiten und verfolgen Reklamationen nach
- Sie unterstützen und wirken im Qualitätsmanagement mit
- Sie bearbeiten und koordinieren eigenständig Engineering Questions (EQS) in deutscher und englischer Sprache zwischen Kund:innen und Lieferant:innen
- Sie klären technische Fragestellungen im Rahmen des Reklamations- und Qualitätsmanagements
- Sie kommunizieren und stimmen sich mit internationalen Kund:innen und Lieferant:innen zu technischen und qualitätsrelevanten Themen ab
- Sie analysieren technische Sachverhalte und erarbeiten Lösungsansätze
- Sie dokumentieren, werten aus und verfolgen Qualitätsdaten nach
- Sie arbeiten bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems nach ISO 9001 mit
- Sie unterstützen bei der Erstellung, Pflege und Optimierung von QM-Dokumentationen und Prozessen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Ingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
- Sie besitzen technisches Verständnis und Interesse an technischen Zusammenhängen
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig, strukturiert und verantwortungsbewusst
- Sie sind lernbereit und motiviert, sich in neue Themengebiete einzuarbeiten
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Englischkenntnisse (beides auf C1 Niveau) für die Kommunikation mit internationalen Kunden und Lieferanten
- Sie haben Kenntnisse im Bereich Leiterplatten, die wünschenswert, jedoch keine Voraussetzung sind, und im Ausland erworbene Abschlüsse sind willkommen; eine Anerkennung in Deutschland ist für diese Position nicht erforderlich

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
