- Du betreust unsere Kunden im Außendienst in der Region mittleres Ruhrgebiet und Rheinland und bist der erste technische Ansprechpartner vor Ort.
- Du planst Deine täglichen Routen und Termine eigenverantwortlich, um alle Serviceanfragen effizient zu bearbeiten.
- Du repräsentierst unser Unternehmen durch Dein freundliches und professionelles Auftreten direkt beim Kunden.
- Du dokumentierst Deine Serviceeinsätze gewissenhaft mit MS Office und stellst so eine lückenlose Kundenhistorie sicher.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als KFZ-Mechatroniker:in, Nutzfahrzeug- oder Bau- und Landmaschinen-Mechatroniker:in mit.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich, dabei überzeugst du mit Motivation und Zuverlässigkeit.
- Im direkten Kundenkontakt trittst du sicher, professionell und freundlich auf.
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B, um in der Region mobil zu sein.
- Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse runden dein Profil ab, Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
