Was erwartet dich?
- Envisioning-, Scoping- und Anforderungsworkshops leitest Du zusammen mit unseren Kunden und Prospects.
- Du berätst unsere Kunden und konzipierst integrierte Lösungen gemeinsam mit führenden Software-Partnern im PIM/DAM/MDM -Umfeld.
- Du übernimmst Verantwortung für den gemeinsamen Projekterfolg, steuerst die gesamte Projektkommunikation souverän und kundenorientiert mit allen Stakeholdern und dem Projektteam.
- Du balancierst kurz- und langfristige Ziele, löst Zielkonflikte und managst Stakeholder-Erwartungen professionell und leitest Projekte in Bezug auf Umfang, Qualität, Zeit und Budget sowie das Management von Risiken.
- Zudem definierst Du EPICs für Konzeptions-, Entwicklungs- und Integrationsaufgaben und arbeitest eng mit unserem Implementierungsteam in agilen Projekten zusammen.
- Du koordinierst mit unseren Software-Partnern (Sharedien, Syndigo, ViaMedici, Magnitude etc.).

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Beratung als Dienstleister oder als Inhouse Consultant / IT-Projektmanager/in mit.
- Zudem verfügst du über ausgewiesene fachliche und technologische Expertise im Management von Stammdaten, Produktinformationen und Assets in Kombination mit einem klaren IT-Verständnis, idealerweise im Kontext von PIM/DAM/MDM-Lösungen.
- Du gehst sicher mit Standards des Projektmanagements sowie agiler Methoden (GPM, IPMA, PRINCE2, SCRUM) um.
- Deine ausgezeichneten Präsentations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten, deine proaktive Problemlösungskompetenz sowie ein strukturiertes und nachhaltiges Vorgehen gepaart mit Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität zeichnen dich aus.
- Du bist kommunikations- und argumentationsstark und ergreifst Eigeninitiative.
- Sicheres Englisch und Deutsch in Wort und Schrift sowie Reisebereitschaft (30%) runden Dein Profil ab.

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact us anytime via email.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
