Für unseren Unternehmensbereich Vertrieb suchen wir aktuell für die Region Münsterland im Rahmen demographischer Nachfolgeplanung eine/n Vertriebsleiter (m/w/d) Internationales Geschäft.
Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben:
- Leitung des Bereichs Vertrieb Internationales Geschäft in der Region Münsterland mit ca. 10 Mitarbeitenden an drei Standorten
- Akquisition und Betreuung international tätiger Firmenkunden
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Lösungen im Auslandszahlungsverkehr, Fremdwährungsmanagement, Exportfinanzierung und Risikomanagement
- Entwicklung von Absicherungsstrategien im Zins-, Währungs- und Rohstoffpreismanagement
- Mitgestaltung der Vertriebsstrategie und Definition von Vertriebszielen
- Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Teams
- Controlling der Vertriebskennzahlen (KPIs)
- Beobachtung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen im internationalen Geschäft und im Derivategeschäft sowie Ableitung von Maßnahmen
- Pflege von Netzwerkpartnern und Dienstleistern

Ihr Profil:
- Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, Bankausbildung mit Bankbetriebswirt oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im internationalen Geschäft, im Firmenkundenvertrieb sowie in einer Führungsrolle
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte zu erfassen, aufzubereiten und zu vermitteln
- Hohes Maß an Sozialkompetenz, Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Überdurchschnittliches Engagement sowie sehr gute kommunikative und analytische Fähigkeiten
