- Du betreust und berätst unsere Kund:innen eigenständig als strategische:r Sparringspartner:in
- Du analysierst digitale Potenziale und entwickelst Roadmaps, Maßnahmen und Prioritäten für die digitale Weiterentwicklung
- Du konzipierst kanalübergreifende Strategien für Website, CRM, Marketing Automation, Content, Social Media und digitale Kampagnen
- Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit unseren Kund:innen die strategische Weiterentwicklung von CRM-, Marketing-Automation-, Analytics- und MarTech-Setups
- Du begleitest Website-Konzeptionen, Relaunches und die Entwicklung nutzerorientierter Informationsarchitekturen
- Du definierst fachliche Anforderungen an UX, Content, CRM, Marketing Automation und Analytics und planst, moderierst und leitest Strategie-, Zielgruppen-, Customer-Journey- und Kampagnenworkshops

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Digitalstrategie, Marketingberatung oder im CRM- und Marketing-Automation-Umfeld
- Du denkst strategisch und hast die Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge zu analysieren und strukturierte Lösungen zu entwickeln
- Du trittst souverän auf und hast ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz im Austausch mit Kund:innen und Stakeholdern
- Du hast ein fundiertes Verständnis für Websites, Content, CRM, E-Mail-Marketing, Marketing Automation, Analytics und digitale Kampagnen
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Planung und Moderation von Workshops sowie der Entwicklung strategischer Konzepte und Roadmaps
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit B2B-Unternehmen, komplexen Organisationen oder Agentur- und Beratungsprojekten und ein Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation in den Bereichen Marketing, Kommunikation, Wirtschaft, Medien oder einer verwandten Fachrichtung

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
