- Du planst Strategien und Maßnahmen für B2B Performance Kampagnen entlang des Funnels, von Awareness bis Lead/Conversion
- Du konzipierst, setzt auf und entwickelst Kampagnenstrukturen weiter, wobei Google Ads der Kernkanal ist und Paid Social je nach Use Case ergänzend genutzt wird
- Du optimierst und skalierst laufende Kampagnen, inklusive Budgetsteuerung, Targeting-Logik, Creatives-/Message-Tests und Conversion-Verbesserung
- Du analysierst die Performance und bereitest Insights auf, mit Fokus auf Lead-Qualität und Funnel-Downstream

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast 2–5 Jahre Erfahrung im Performance Marketing mit klarem Schwerpunkt auf B2B Lead Gen
- Du steuerst sicher Google Ads Kampagnen
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Paid Social (z.B. LinkedIn oder Meta) als ergänzender Kanal im B2B Funnel (nice-to-have, nicht Muss)
- Du arbeitest stark analytisch, inklusive KPI-Logik (MQL/SQL, CPL, Lead-Qualität, Funnel Conversion)
- Du bist routiniert im Stakeholder-Management und in der Beratung im Kundenkontext, klar, strukturiert und priorisierend

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
