- Sie verantworten den reibungslosen Betrieb unserer IT-Infrastruktur, mit einem besonderen Fokus auf die technische Betreuung unseres ERP-Systems.
- Als zentraler Ansprechpartner für alle IT-Fragen beraten Sie unsere Fachbereiche, unterstützen die ERP-Key-User und steuern die Zusammenarbeit mit unserem externen IT-Dienstleister.
- Sie managen den gesamten Lebenszyklus unserer Hard- und Software – von der Beschaffung und Lizenzverwaltung bis hin zur Einrichtung von Benutzerkonten und Berechtigungen.
- Sie wirken aktiv bei der Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten mit, um unsere Systemlandschaft und digitalen Geschäftsprozesse kontinuierlich zu optimieren.
- Sie stellen die IT-Sicherheit sowie Systemverfügbarkeit sicher, verantworten die Datensicherung und pflegen die dazugehörige technische Dokumentation.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration), ein Informatikstudium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Sie bringen Berufserfahrung in der IT-Administration sowie gute Kenntnisse in der Betreuung von Microsoft-Umgebungen, Netzwerken und gängigen IT-Infrastrukturen mit.
- Erfahrungen im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen sind ein klares Plus, aber keine zwingende Voraussetzung.
- Als kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer mit einer selbstständigen und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise sind Sie ein verlässlicher Ansprechpartner für Kollegen und externe Dienstleister.
- Sie kommunizieren fließend auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau), um einen reibungslosen Austausch zu gewährleisten.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
