Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist der Treiber für unsere "Infrastructure as Code" und automatisierst mit Ansible das Konfigurationsmanagement und das Deployment unserer virtuellen Linux-Systemlandschaft
- Du bist eine zentrale Anlaufstelle für technische Anfragen und bearbeitest, koordinierst und löst Serviceanfragen und Tickets (2nd/3rd Level) über unsere ITSM-Tools (Jira, ServiceNow)
- Du managst unseren Container-Stack mit dem passenden Werkzeug, erstellst und pflegst Docker-Compose-Deployments für statische Anwendungen und nutzt Nomad für unsere dynamischeren Services
- Du entwickelst und wartest unsere GitLab CI/CD-Pipelines und stellst den Betrieb unserer Python-Anwendungen (FastAPI, Airflow) und Vue.js-Frontends sicher
- Du administrierst unsere Linux-Server und hältst mit Prometheus, Grafana und Greylog die Systemgesundheit im Blick, um proaktiv Engpässe zu erkennen
- Du unterstützt den Betrieb Docker-basierter Fachanwendungen (z.B. KIDICAP) und arbeitest an der Schnittstelle zu unseren Datenbank-Teams (Oracle, PostgreSQL)

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, ein Studium oder bringst als Quereinsteiger:in relevante Berufserfahrung im DevOps- oder Linux-Umfeld mit.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Linux-Systemen, beherrschst Bash-Scripting und hast Praxiserfahrung in der Automatisierung mit Tools wie Ansible (Infrastructure as Code).
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Containerisierung mit Docker sowie im Aufbau und in der Pflege von CI/CD-Pipelines, idealerweise mit GitLab CI.
- Du arbeitest dich gerne in komplexe Themen ein und hast Freude daran, im 2nd/3rd-Level-Support technische Anfragen zu lösen.
- Pluspunkte sammelst du mit Kenntnissen in Python oder erster Erfahrung mit Orchestrierungstools wie Nomad.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (mindestens C1-Niveau), um dich reibungslos im Team und mit Ansprechpartnern auszutauschen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
