Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie leiten fachlich und organisatorisch unser Team aus Servicetechniker:innen und Assistierenden für Automations- und Steuerungssysteme
- Sie planen, koordinieren und priorisieren Serviceeinsätze und Kund:innenanfragen
- Sie führen eigenständig Serviceeinsätze bei ausgewählten Projekten und komplexen Fällen durch
- Sie sind Ansprechperson für Kund:innen bei technischen Rückfragen, Störungsmeldungen und Serviceanfragen
- Sie stellen die Servicequalität sicher und optimieren kontinuierlich Prozesse und Arbeitsabläufe
- Sie unterstützen und entwickeln die Servicetechniker:innen im Team fachlich weiter

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Schiffsbetriebstechnik oder vergleichbar
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (3–5 Jahre) im technischen Service, idealerweise im maritimen Umfeld oder in der Automatisierungstechnik
- Sie haben erste Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung oder Koordination eines Teams, was von Vorteil ist
- Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse in Automatisierungs- und Steuerungstechnik sowie Erfahrung in Projektmanagement und Servicekoordination
- Sie beherrschen Englisch und Deutsch sehr gut in Wort und Schrift, mindestens auf B2-Niveau
- Sie zeichnen sich durch eine analytische Denkweise, kundenorientiertes Handeln und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit aus
